An Associate level Quantity Surveyor job opportunity with one of the UK's best independent Construction Consultancies. This highly successful firm has several offices across the country and has a new vacancy in their office in Staffordshire.
In line with continued work wins and expansion our client is looking for a senior individual to take a leading role within their Staffordshire office. Whilst our client works in a number of sectors nationally, this team is particularly success inn housing and extra care schemes including both new build and refurbishment projects. These are mostly Design & Build Schemes offering comprehensive experience as a pre and post contract Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent. We're ideally looking for a professionally qualified Quantity Surveyor from a consultancy / PQS background for this opportunity and will also be looking for an experienced Team Leader who's keen to take on more responsibility and a leading role.
This firm placed great emphasis on the importance of ongoing professional development with excellent career prospects on offer. Whilst still a small team working out of the Staffordshire offices they have been highly successful to date and look set to continue expanding and winning new work. The successful candidate will be taking a key role in the future development of this successful team and there is a clear career progression path through to partner / director level.
