Associate Surveyor / Partner Surveyor Job in Exeter
Are you a chartered surveyor and registered valuer looking to progress to an Associate Surveyor level or Partner level? Our reputable property consultancy client requires an experienced Associate or Partner level Surveyor to join their team and drive new business forward. The role offers a competitive and negotiable basic, car allowance of between £6350 - £7200 + Bonus and % of profit from office/company dependent on your level of seniority.
With offices across the South-West, the consultancy offers a multitude of services to their varied and long-standing client base across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors, offering advice on new planning, development and investment opportunities to developers, institutional investors, government agencies and planning authorities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Promote the service to existing and new clients, and generate new business
- Responsibility for own caseload and delegate effectively to other team members, as required
- Undertake valuation reports
- Provide fee quotes, manage a range of clients, and take responsibility for the delivery of work in a timely manner
- Assist with other consultancy projects
- Develop client contacts and attend networking events
- Rent review/lease consultancy work
Required Skills & Experience
- MRICS Registered Valuer
- Valuation experience in the commercial/industrial sectors
- Excellent Client Care and Service Delivery
- Strong report writing skills
- IT literate in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- A highly motivated commercial approach
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Experience with investment and development valuation packages (preferably Argus)
What you get back
- Salary negotiable dependent on experience, guide of £45,000 - £65,000
- Bonus + % of office / company profits
- Car Allowance £6350 - £7200 dependent on experience

- Hours 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday (Flexible)
