Protocol are delighted to invite a skilled Attendance Co-Ordinator to support to students, particularly with regard to attendance, retention and performance in Harrow.
We are seeking candidates who are passionate about supporting students and have the drive and motivation to help learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting learners, experience of teaching, and have strong organisational and communication skills in order to inspire and educate learners.
This role is offering full-time hours and will run on an on-going basis.

Pay rate: £10- £15 per hour plus holiday pay

You will need to have:
Experience supporting students in attendance, retention and performance
Responsibilities
To provide pro-active and assertive support to students, particularly with regard to attendance, retention and performance.
To devise and undertake a range of strategies to improve student attendance, retention and achievement.
These will include: - Discussing progress with individuals and groups of students -Contacting parents/guardians - Using College student records systems to identify and act on problems
