Job Description

As an AU Telco Sales Representative, you'll connect with businesses to promote upgrades from legacy broadband to modern fibre technology. You'll drive sales success through outbound calls, strong client engagement, and collaboration with Australian counterparts-building lasting relationships while contributing to global telecom innovation.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift, Consecutive days off

Work setup: Onsite (Ortigas/Makati; hybrid after 6 months)

Salary: PHP 25,000.00 + sales incentives

  • The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 1 year of Sales experience (Outbound/Inbound) in the BPO industry
  • Experience in Australian Telco is an advantage but not required
  • Bachelor's Degree in any course, or at least 2 years in college, or completion of a 2-year Technical/Vocational/Associate Degree
  • Excellent English verbal communication skills
  • Strong presence and confidence over the phone
  • Excellent objection-handling skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
  • Proven work ethic and dedication
  • Willingness to work in PNB, Makati and JMT, Ortigas
  • Your Daily Tasks

  • Make outbound calls to businesses to offer upgrades from older broadband technology to fibre.
  • Work within a small team of Outbound Sales Agents in Makati and Ortigas.
  • Collaborate closely with counterparts in Australia to align sales strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
