I am currently seeking an experienced Automation Project Manager. As an Automation Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving the successful implementation of automation solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage automation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, IT, and external vendors, to define project requirements, develop project plans, and execute deliverables.
- Coordinate the design, development, installation, and validation of automation systems, including PLCs, SCADA, MES, and robotics.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
