Kier Utilities keep our telecoms clients' customers connected to superfast broadband, digital TV and the latest full-fibre gigabit internet services through the design and construction of new fibre networks as well as the maintenance of existing HFC networks.

Your role as an Administrator

This is a permanent position supporting the Operations team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all escalations raised by BT Openreach are responded to in the required timescales with high quality and accurate information. You will also validate jobs received by BT Openreach to identify any mistakes before it reaches the operations team and carry out other reasonable request as determined by management.

Key Responsibilities of an Administrator

  • Running jeopardy management reports to ensure that all KPI's/SLAs are met
  • Contact relevant stakeholders for updates and escalate when necessary
  • Assisting operatives with issues regarding tablets and passwords
  • Managing the team mailbox, responding to various internal / external stakeholders within SLAs
To be a successful Administrator we need from you

  • Strong administration skills
  • Confident with process driven office environments
  • Experience dealing with stakeholders building relationships
  • Previous experience in the utilities industry would be advantageous
