Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of BAS projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines in alignment with client needs and company goals.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing potential issues or delays.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work and ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and facilitate decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the BAS or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of building automation systems and related technologies.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
