Due to an increase in orders and a backlog of work, our Client is a privately owned shop fitting and joinery manufacturing business supplying to the industrial, retail, residential and commercial sectors. They have an excellent reputation and full order book and are urgently seeking to recruit an experienced and skilled Bench Joiner, this position is to start as soon as possible and will run for a minimum of 4 weeks.
The main responsibilities will include:
Manufacture and assembly of bespoke joinery.
Some Site Fixing and Installation.
The ideal candidates will have the following skills and experience:
Ability to interpret Technical and Design Drawings.
The ability to work calmly under pressure.
Laminating.
Hanging Doors.
Hardwood Flooring.
Mitre on Hardwood Flooring.
Solid Surface.
Modular Units Construction.
Work well as part of a team.
The Candidate will also have:
A joinery or shop fitting background.
Be able to use their own initiative and be enthusiastic and motivated.
Be well organised, methodical and positive.
Excel operating in a fast paced commercial environment.
