Kier Housing Maintenance are looking to recruit an experienced, highly organised, and pro-active Bid Coordinator who will report to the Bid Managers and be responsible for coordinating multiple SQs and providing additional support to the wider work winning team. The successful post-holder will contribute to the planned and sustained business growth of Kier Housing Maintenance by supporting the production of client bespoke Standard Questionnaires (SQs) and bid proposals. The Bid Coordinator will be responsible for SQs and bid related administration, supporting the end to end bid process including bid writing.
Key Responsibilities
In this exciting & rewarding role, as a Bid Coordinator, we will look to you to develop graphics using design software to support quality bid production; organise & attend SQ and bid launches; coordinate client facing tender submissions working with multiple Bid Managers; manage the clarification process with the client; and support teams to prepare for site visits and interviews including presentations and briefing the team on the Bid Promises.
What do we need from you?
Ideally, you'll be Degree qualified, be a member of Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP), or have strong relevant experience. You should also be proficient in desktop publishing and design software (Creative Cloud CS6 suite, etc.), have previous bidding experience in similar role, and have previous knowledge of working in the construction and social housing market.
