Location: Hull
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Package

This modular manufacturing company believe they are at the forefront of modular and offsite construction with an impressive pipeline of business to support this. They have an ever increasing and impressive list of clients whereby they provide full turnkey solutions to Schools, Hospitals, Commercial Buildings on both a Sale and Hire basis.
The Role:
The Bid Manager will assemble a bid team with the relevant service / product / business knowledge required to prepare a winning bid, whilst taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process. Responsibilities include introduction and implementation of all necessary bid procedures and processes. This is a multi-disciplinary role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines. It will require strong people management skills in a dynamic sales environment.
About You:
- Proven capability in delivering winning, complex services opportunities
- Ideally a background in solutions and services
- experience of bid campaign management from opportunity identification through to project delivery
- Ideally educated to HNC/HND/Degree Level or have a professional institute qualification
- Demonstrate the ability to develop business within strategic markets and build client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines
- Good self-discipline with a strong commitment to quality and procedures
