Perm, 27k per annum
Hybrid working, 4 days in office (flexible)
Job Description:
- Work closely with the Bid Manager and Junior Bid Writer to review and action new requests which have come through to the bid inbox.
- Arrange and lead kick off calls to establish win themes and agree bid timelines.
- Ensure all bids are compliant with company governance
- Identifying opportunities to enhance and improve the process, whilst sharing best practice with the team
- Have a clear understanding and interpretation of the questions within the PQQ and tender documents
- Be able to construct relevant answers which clearly answer the clients question and portray the company in the best possible light
Qualifications:
- Previous experience of writing bid and tenders is essential
- Experience of working in the maintenance/ social housing sector would be beneficial
- Ability to create, write and present a bid
- Previous contractor construction experience would work
