We're looking for a Billing Administrator to join our team working with our Wiltshire County Council & London Fire contracts. Within this role, you can enjoy family friendly policies, access to both Cycle to Work and Green Car schemes and even more.

Location: Basingstoke - office based

Contract: Permanent, full time - 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

As a Billing Administrator, you'll be working within the facilities management team, supporting the operational and office-based teams working on the contracts.

Your day to day will include:

  • Creating and invoicing applications
  • Creating invoice packs, downloading worksheets, invoices & back-up documentation
  • Looking into queries submitted by the client, assisting with loading credit purchase agreements
  • Adhoc tasks to assist in other areas of the business as and when required
What are we looking for?

This role of Billing Administrator is great for you if:

  • You have proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • You can work in a fast moving, timebound environment
  • You have experience working in an office environment, particularly with contract and customer/client systems
