What You'll Do Every Day Be part of our client's team as a
Billing Analyst, responsible for ensuring accurate, timely invoicing and collaborating with finance and sales teams. You will analyze billing data, resolve discrepancies, and lead improvements that enhance efficiency-all while working in a role that values both your career and your well-being.

What You Need to Bring
Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing and financial analysis
Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), ERP (Netsuite), and strong Excel skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and in a team
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Where You'll Make an Impact
Create and issue invoices with accuracy to ensure timely revenue collection
Analyze billing data to identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for process improvement
Collaborate with finance, sales, and customer service teams to resolve billing issues and ensure accurate practices
Lead initiatives to enhance processes and implement best practices to improve accuracy and efficiency
Maintain and update records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations
Understand the end-to-end revenue impact of billing and credits, including deferred revenue implications
Perform other duties and participate in projects as assigned by management, including cross-training within the department
