BIM Coordinator Job in Newmarket, Suffolk
This residential-focused architectural practice has a new BIM Coordinator job based in its office near Newmarket.
Established over 30 years ago, the practice has built up an eclectic portfolio of UK projects in a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, retail, mixed-use, leisure, retirement and healthcare sectors. The practice is well known for its design excellence and offers both consultancy and design services. Due to continued growth, the practice is looking for a BIM Coordinator to join the team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Utilising Revit on large scale residential drawing packages
- Building and maintaining BIM assets
- Devising BIM coordination workflows
- Perform coordination and clash detection exercises
- Supporting the design team and resolving any technical issues.
Required Skills & Experience
- Possess a minimum of 4 years UK project experience
- Degree or equivalent qualification in relation to the role
- High proficiency in BIM technology and Revit
- Experience of working on large scale residential developments
- Good knowledge of the UK building regulations is essential for the role.
