We're looking for a BIM Coordinator to join our Regional Build team based in Nottingham. Within this role, you can enjoy remote working, flexible hours and the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects of all sizes and complexities and even more.

Location: Nottingham - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.

Contract: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday


Responsibilities

As a BIM Coordinator, you'll be working within the Nottingham team, supporting the BIM team in building projects that support and develop the local communities.

Your day to day will include:

  • Working with the project teams, including external consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, you will be supporting the implementation of BIM and digital construction strategy.

  • Support the process training on BIM software tools and digital technology both internally and externally, as well as supporting the process of ensuring that the requirements of the BIM Execution Plan are followed.

  • Supporting the process of ensuring that both Employers Information and Asset Information Requirements are responded to and delivered on projects.


Who are we looking for?

This role of BIM Coordinator is great for you if:

  • You have great communications skills to build positive working relationships, internally and with the supply chain.

  • You have the ability to coordinate and manage own workload supporting project delivery.

  • You have an understand of 1192 suite of documents, ISO 19650 series and open BIM standards such as IFC and COBie
