BIM Coordinator Job in Camden, London

A BIM Coordinator job is now available working at an award winning architectural and interior design practice in Camden, London. Architectural Technologists are also being considered for this position.

This award winning, innovative Architectural and Interior Design practice create beautiful, luxury projects in the UK and abroad. They are seeking an ambitious Revit skilled BIM Coordinator or Technologist to work on high-end residential projects.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Utilise Revit daily, including managing complex families
  • Ensure accuracy of models and datasets
  • Manage and maintain project template files
  • Support in development of BIM protocols
  • Liaise and collaborate with the design team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum experience of 5 years' experience on UK projects including bespoke residential
  • Great knowledge of Revit and BIM
  • Understanding of all RIBA stages, with focus on stages 3-5
  • Excellent understanding of building regulations
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal is essential.
