BIM Manager
A leading M&E Contractor with nationwide projects are looking for a BIM Manager to work in their London office.
Established for over 30 years with over 1400 employees and 30+ projects, they offer fantastic opportunities for career progression. Working in multiple sectors including Pharmaceutical, Data Centres, Commercial and Waste to Energy providing great variety.
As a successful BIM Manager you will:

  • BIM manager will be liaising with the client, designers, contractors throughout the project lifecycle
  • BIM manager will ensure all projects are delivered and have metclients KPI's on time and within budget
  • BIM manager will be working with the Project Manager and discipline engineers to define deliverables schedules, and implementing these within the model
  • BIM manager will have excellent knowledge and proficiency working with Revit, AutoCAD or Sketch Up Pro
  • BIM manager will be setting up new project models in accordance with project standardsand drawing production of modelled services.
  • BIM manager will produce and manage project BIM documentation including but not limited to BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Master Information Delivery Plans, Model Production Delivery Tables, and Task Information Delivery Plans.
  • BIM manager will have Knowledge of UK BIM Framework: BS1192, PAS1192 and ISO 19650

A successful BIM manager will have:

  • A BIM manager will have previous experience working with AutoCAD, Sketch up pro and/or Revit.
  • BIM manager will have proven ability / experience of 3D coordination of M&E systems
  • BIM manager will have good managerial, communication & organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a strategic team.
  • BIM manager will have a discipline/ qualification in a trade background.
  • BIM manager will have experience working on high value projects.

BIM manager will be paid up to £50k (dependant on experience) + Holiday + Pension + Package
