Kier are now looking for an experienced BIM Manager to join a highly successful team in our Regional Build Southern business. This will be covering projects for the whole region with offices in Crawly, Southampton and Maple cross.


Job Responsibilities

As the authority for Building Information Modelling (BIM) this role will drive and support the use of digital information. You will be liaising with external consultants to ensure compliance with the BIM Execution plan, client EIR and associated BIM supporting documentation, BIM model federation, data validation and quality audits using rule-based model checking software.


What do we need from you?

You should ideally have experience in the AEC industry with major project experience, with M&E coordination experience beneficial, a degree and/or relevant qualifications in Architecture, Engineering and BIM, previous experience in Information Management and Data Validation, with strong knowledge of Solibri, REVIT, Inventor, Solidworks, Dynamo and COBie
