We are Kier, one of the UK's leading Construction and Infrastructure service, working on projects such as Hinkley Point C and Mogden Sewage Treatment Works. We are currently recruiting for an BIM Coordinator to join our Infrastructure - Major Projects Team to work on our Oxford Station Project.

Key Responsibilities

In this BIM Coordinator role, you will facilitate an integrated approach to BIM on our Oxford Station Project. The BIM Coordinator will be reasonable for the distribution and collation of external supply chain capability assessments for the project. You will ensure the BIM execution plan is being observed and the digital information strategies are being implemented, whilst feeding back to the BIM Manager. You will be following processes, ensuring employers information requirements and asset information requirements are delivered. The BIM Coordinator will support cultural change within the business project and promote Kier's capabilities throughout the supply chain.

What do we need from you?

You will have a good understanding of BS & PAS 1192 suite of standards and related ISOs and be enthusiastic to improve technology and the way Kier work. A thorough understanding and experience using Microsoft Office including excel as well as good attention to detail, time management and a proactive approach to their work. You will need the ability to work as part of a team to deliver the objectives of the department and the wider business.
