Breedon are currently seeking an Block Plant Supervisor to join our small, friendly team at our Naunton Block Plant based in Naunton Quarry, Gloucestershire.

Where you'll be working:

Reporting to the Block Plant Manager this role is part of our block manufacturing business at our site in the heart of the Cotswolds.

What you'll be doing:

  • Uphold and enforce all Breedon Safety, policies, procedures and environmental commitments
  • To oversee and manage the Naunton Block Plant production process so production targets can be achieved within budgeted costs
  • Organise the team to optimise individual skills, ensuring H&S, production and quality standards are achieved
  • Manage and maintain site equipment and tools to ensure efficient and effective use at all times
  • Ensure raw materials orders are placed to meet production requirements
  • Manage stocks of raw materials and finished goods
