Key Responsibilities:

  • Be solely responsible in the demonstration and hand over of fully operational systems for acceptance by the customer
  • Assist project manager to achieve a 'zero defect' delivery of all projects
  • Provide line management to the BMS engineers within this region
  • Carry out all tasks associated with the design of a Building Management System, including application engineering, control panel design / approval, operation and maintenance manuals, software, computer aided design, factory acceptance testing, graphics and commissioning

Background Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience commissioning building management systems
  • Suitable qualification to demonstrate electrical competency around the electro-technical aspects of control panels, LV and ELV installations associated with our industry (such as C&G 2391,2356 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification)
  • Expert understanding of 1 BMS system / and one other manufacturer equivalent
