BMS Project Design Engineer

€60,000 - €65,000 + Travel Expenses + Bonus + Car + Healthcare + Travel Allowance

Clear Engineering are working closely with a leading provider of BMS/BEMS solutions who operate on an international scale. Due to their expansion across all of their regions, they're seeking an experienced Commissioning Engineer who can help deliver and grow their portfolio of projects, specifically focussing on their European operations.

Off the back of massive growth within the data centre industry as a whole, this company have reaped the benefits and established long lasting relationships with some of the fasted growing providers in the industry right now. With a solid and growing portfolio of projects across Europe, this company are quickly becoming one of the go to system integrators.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To be accountable, taking full ownership and leading project deliverables through full project life cycle.
• Management of engineering resources.
• Management of Sub Contractors.
• Negotiate with General Contractors and OEM Manufacturers and Panel Suppliers to achieve best commercial outcome.
• Generate, develop and collate all design requirements to develop a design strategy & timeline.
• Generate & develop associated technical submittals as per project requirements.
• Manage requirements to support L4 & L5 commissioning processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Great organisational skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Financially and commercially aware.
