Clear Engineering are working alongside a market leading integrator of BMS and BEMS solutions for large-scale projects across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. As the Project Manager you will be handling and managing their extensive portfolio of projects across multiple regions. With their work focussed in the mission critical industry you be working closely with some of the largest tech companies in the world, giving you unrivalled exposure to some of the largest projects of this kind!

This company are specialists in integrating BMS/BEMS systems and are continuing to grow as a result of ongoing success. After coming off a really impressive 2022, with exponential growth, their plans for 2023 are to grow even more. With already established procedures in the UK, Central Europe and the Middle East, they're looking to expand all of these regions to further cement their claim as one of the market leaders in this industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be ultimately responsible for the successful delivery of all project, retrofit and maintenance work within the stated region
  • Be ultimately responsible for client satisfaction for all works delivered within the stated region, and liaison with clients to set expectations where issues occur
  • Be ultimately responsible for quality control and quality assurance for the output of the region, including all client facing documentation (client progress reports, O&M's, etc.), installation standards, commissioning standards and client training as particular examples

Background Required:

  • Minimum 5 years experience of project management in the construction industry
  • Minimum of 2 years experience of managing a project team delivering a portfolio of multiple projects
  • Experience of engineering and/or commissioning Building Management Systems
