As a BMS Solutions Engineer, you'll be the technical backbone behind their intelligent building systems. You'll be responsible for the design, implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization of advanced BMS solutions across a large portfolio of data centres across EMEA.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, consultancy and guidance to client designs installing a consistent approach to hyperscale clients, ensuring lease and contract conditions are met.
- Lead technical responses for bid submission, working with Hyperscale, Construction, Bid Management and operational teams.
- Manage client 'SME (subject matter experts)' technical reviews.
- Work with Design, Construction, Solutions Engineering and Development to integrate and execute BMS design requirements.
- Manage the design, installation and integration of BMS systems.
- Supports quality control of handovers from construction stage to operations and client.
- Leads client BMS project closeout and completion of related project delivery checklists.
- Lead quality control and handover package from pre-sales to construction, Solution delivery, security and Operations.
- Drive client engagement to qualify and capture BMS technical requirements, improvements through Lesson learn.
- Leverage interaction with our Global teams: Engagement of technical, delivery requirements and other resources for a consistent client delivery.
- Create and maintain partner relationships with supply chain, in collaboration with Solution Engineering, Construction and operation teams focusing on cost, efficiency and reduced delivery timescales.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related engineering and project management discipline.
- Significant experience managing BMS projects at a hyperscale data centre provider.
- Deep understanding of design and BMS standards.
- Strong knowledge of the construction and project delivery process and working with construction, general contractors, H&S, consultants and design teams for hyperscale data centre users.
- Able to prioritize workload and attention in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong application software skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; Visio; AutoCAD.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident public speaking abilities.
