BRANCH MANAGER - SOUTHEAST LONDON

Dove & Hawk have partnered with a market leading independent estate agent who are looking to recruit a Branch Manager for their office in Southeast London. This will suit an experienced property professional who is looking to join a well established agent.

Duties/Functions of the role:

  • Generating, arranging and attending valuations.
  • Converting market appraisals into sales instructions.
  • Day to day management of the sales team.
  • Coaching and developing the sales team.
  • Reporting sales activity and pipeline.


Requirements of the role:

  • 2 years minimum experience managing a Property Sales team.
  • A strong track record of winning new business instructions.
  • A full and clean driving licence and own vehicle.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.


Salary Budgets: £40,000 - £50,000 basic salary, £70,000 OTE + car allowance

Required working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm, Saturdays 8.30am - 5.00pm with a day in lieu.
