Dove & Hawk are working alongside one of the largest residential estate agency organisations in the world. They are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join their office in West London.
Duties/Functions of the role:
- Generating, arranging and attending valuations.
- Converting market appraisals into sales/Lettings instructions.
- Day to day management of the team.
- Coaching and developing the team.
- Reporting activity and pipeline.
Requirements of the role:
- 2 years minimum experience managing a Sales and Lettings Team.
- A strong track record of winning new business instructions.
- A full and clean driving licence and own vehicle.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
Salary Budgets: £30,000-£35,000 Basic, £60,000 OTE & Car Allowance
Required working hours: Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-3.30pm (Alternating Saturdays with day off in Lieu)
