Due to continued expansion we are seeking to recruit experienced Bricklayers for our clients' new residential developments across Lincolnshire (Skegness, Boston, Lincoln, Alford and Coningsby)
We are specifically seeking two man teams or two and one gangs.
The work is to start as soon as possible and is long term ongoing.
The successful applicants must have excellent levels of experience, with a thorough knowledge of both traditional and timber frame construction combined with a comprehensive health and safety understanding.
You will possess current relevant occupational CSCS card and necessary PPE & Tools.
Our client is one of the leading new home developers in Lincolnshire. We enjoy an enviable reputation for building quality new homes on attractive well designed developments varying in size from c30 units up to 500 units.
The company continues to grow in a planned and sustainable way, and we are looking to appoint experienced, driven and ambitious Site Managers to help them deliver their expansion plans, and meet customer expectations.
Required experience:
* Bricklaying, preferably new build housing.
* Competent in Timber Frame Construction.
* Competent in Traditional Construction.
* First Aid at work Qualification (preferred but not essential)
* CSCS card holder (Occupational).
* Must hold a full valid UK driving license.
* This is an important role and attracts a competitive hourly rate.
