Job Title: Bricklayer Multi Tradesman

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Bricklayer Multi Tradesman to join our Birmingham-based team. Your primary responsibility will be bricklaying, but you will also perform various maintenance and repair tasks in domestic council properties. Your expertise in brickwork will contribute to maintaining and improving these homes to the highest standards. Van and fuel card included.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute bricklaying tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Undertake various maintenance and repair work, including carpentry, painting, and basic plumbing as required.
- Conduct property inspections to assess project requirements.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing resident inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bricklayer in a similar role.
- Multitrade skills and competence in related maintenance and repair work.
- Proficiency in bricklaying techniques and materials.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Possession of a full UK driving license.
- NVQ
- Own tools
- Relevant trade qualifications and certifications are advantageous.
