We are working with a fantastic college in Bedfordshire who are looking for a permanent, full time Bricklaying Trainer/Assessor to start immediately. Offering an annual salary, depending on skills, qualifications and experience, of between £28,000 - £34,000 per annum, this college is looking to interview immediately.

Role responsibilities
To coordinate the training for workbased provision.
To deliver and assess knowledge and competence components for workbased learners.
To ensure that tracking systems for workbased learners are updated regularly and accurately.
To establish and maintain effective relationships with employers and classroom based tutors to ensure regular communication about performance and progress.


The person & qualifications
English and Mathematics or similar at GCSE grade A-C or equivalent
TAQA L3 or equivalent qualification
Level 3 Award in Education and Training or be willing to work towards
An NVQ or equivalent qualification at level 3 in Bricklaying
Experience of working in the Construction industry, particularly Bricklaying.
