Protocol are delighted to invite a skilled Brickwork Assessor to work at an FE provider based in Lancashire. Working as part of the Brickwork Apprenticeship team you will be responsible for a case load of learners. You will liaise with learners to plan and undertake assessments in the workplace, deliver high quality training and support and monitor them through all aspects of their apprenticeship/learner journey to ensure timely completion of the Apprenticeship/qualification framework.

The role will be working with learners undertaking the level 2 qualification.

We are seeking candidates who are passionate and have the drive and motivation to help learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development. The ideal candidate will have experience of teaching, and have strong organisational and communication skills in order to inspire and educate learners.

This position will be working on a full time, permanent basis.

The person & qualifications
Hold an assessors award
Have a Level 3 Brickwork qualification or equivalent
Have experience assessing Brickwork at level 2
