Protocol are delighted to invite a skilled Brickwork and Maintenance Operations Lecturer to deliver a range of courses from entry to degree level in industry standard facilities. This role is permanent, full time, and based in a college in West Northamptonshire.
We are seeking an innovative, experienced and self-motivated individual, ideally with teaching experience, to make a significant contribution to a team of staff delivering courses to our Construction Management students with a focus in Brickwork.
You'll be working across a varied curriculum in Construction and you will support a number of full time and part time students to achieve their full potential. There is a lot of potential to grow this area of the curriculum and you will play a vital role in ensuring the College is best placed to serve the needs of industry and our students. Up to 25 teaching hours per week.

The person & qualifications:
*A level 3 qualification in Brickwork
*A teaching qualification (or willingness to undertake qualification within your first year)
*Industry experience in Brickwork
*(Desirable) Experience teaching Brickwork across a range of levels in further education
*Able to demonstrate a strong Health and Safety awareness within the workshops
*Theoretical and practical knowledge to teach a range of topics within specified subject area
