We are seeking candidates who are passionate about the Brickwork industry and have the drive and motivation to help learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development. The ideal candidate will have a strong Brickwork background, experience of assessing, teaching and have strong organisational and communication skills in order to inspire and educate learners.

Role responsibilities
Planning and delivering innovative programmes of learning, enabling learners to develop their knowledge and practical skills so that they can demonstrate their competence to industry standards
Conduct initial assessments and training needs analyses to identify the learning styles of learners and apprentices within an area of Occupational Competence
Be responsible for the delivery of qualifications and apprenticeships within a specific sector area to a caseload of learners and of also supporting fellow assessors and verification of work

The person & qualifications
Hold an assessors award
Teaching qualification
Minimum level 3 Construction qualification
Experience delivering and assessing brickwork in work based learning
