Key Responsibilities
What is it you'd be expected to do in this role? As a Building Services Engineer, you would be asked to support determining the required planning capacity, capability and competency of staff for the projects, support the preparing and winning of contracts and tenders, support the handover of the project plan to the fulfilment team, and support the project team to fulfil contracts safely. You'll also be responsible for providing regular, accurate, consolidated reports and forecasts for the business unit and Kier Group.
What are we looking for?
Ideally, you'll hold relevant qualifications (NVQ/HND/HNC/CIBSE or equivalent), you'll have had experience of working within a construction environment, and you'll have demonstrable experience of developing & maintaining relationships with customers, consultants, contractors and subcontractors, and have the commercial awareness to be able to support the achievement of the annual financial budget for the business unit.
