Building Services Manager
Location: Newcastle - This is an agile role where you will be based out of the Inverness area, with home working available and some travel to other offices and sites.
Business area: Kier Construction - Build North & Scotland
Contract: Permanent, part time or full time hours available (please specify your preference upon application)

Key responsibilities:
We are looking for this individual to assist with the selection of sub-contractors to tender from the supply chain. You will be responsible for Assisting with the management of the commissioning process and compliance of as built and maintenance manuals. Another responsibility will be on a monthly basis collate the team's Project reports and provide a summary report to the Technical Director relating to the projects that your team has supervised.
What do we need from you?
For this role we are looking for you to be qualified to an NVQ/HND/HNC/CIBSE, experienced within the construction industry, computer literate and good at communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
