We're looking for a Building Services Manager to join our Construction team based in South Devon. Within this role, you can enjoy company car/car allowance, pension matched up to 7.5%, 26 days holidays + bank holidays and even more.
Location: South Devon
Contract: Permanent - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.
Responsibilities
As a Building Services Manager, you'll be working within the Kier Construction team, supporting them in being the subject matter expert for all things MEP.
Your day to day will include:
- Supporting a range of projects giving technical and contract guidance
- Managing MEP subcontractor design and construction works
- Identifying any potential problems relating the building services
- Monitoring quality and delivery of building services systems
- Working closely with our site teams and leaders within the business to drive improvements to our Building Services processes & strategy
Working on education, commercial, leisure, healthcare, MOJ, MOD and mixed-use projects valued up to £60m, we are looking for like for like industry experience. With a busy pipeline of work, we are looking for a Building Services Manager, who can join the team and hit the ground running. Applicants will have the following experience:
- Previous experience on large commercial or residential developments
- You will have an HNC or above in a Building Services related discipline
- Expertise in all areas of Building Services
