Kier Construction have a great opportunity for a Building Services Manager to join our Construction team based in London. Contract: Permanent, full time



Responsibilities

As a Building Services Manager, you'll be working within the Build team to advise on and manage lareg MEP packages within our projects, you will oversee sub contractors to ensure works are being carried out as per design and specification, acting as a Building Services subject matter expert across projects that can range from £10M - £100m.

Your day to day will include:

  • Carrying out a full review of the design with the Design Manager, consultant and contractors, for completeness, compliance and responsibility
  • Supporting the project team(s) to fulfil contracts safely, on time, and to the required quality while minimising costs.
  • Management of risk from a building services perspective and highlighting area of risk / concern and collaboratively with the team agreeing measures to mitigate and reduce risk.
  • Ensuring that the performance of the building services design supply chain and design management team is measured, reported monthly and actioned where required

This role of Building Services Manager is great for you if:

  • Have experience from a similar role within the construction industry
  • Demonstrate strong communication, organisational skills and stakeholder management
  • Can demonstrate the ability to set up and operate process controls to manage pre construction, design, construction, commissioning and hand over
