Are you a mechanical maintenance engineer with experience in building services? Then I want to hear from you!

This is a fantastic opportunity that offers great potential for career advancement within a prestigious organisation in Leeds.

Duties:
* Performing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems
* Conducting PPMs and reactive maintenance on cooling towers and chillers
* Maintaining plumbing fixtures and addressing leaks
* Changing bearings, fixing motors, and cleaning/changing filters
* Replacing mechanical seals and performing boiler inspections and reactive maintenance

Package £DOE/NEG

* Monday to Friday (7:30am to 5pm)
* Mobile sites in and around West Yorkshire
