Company

You will have a great opportunity to work as a building surveyor carrying out stock condition surveys for a local authority. You will have a great opportunity to enhance your skills as a building surveyor working on public buildings on a 3-6 month minimum contract.

Job Role

You will be responsible for carrying out stock condition surveying on a range of properties from local authority offices to public buildings in the council stock. You will carry out surveys in accordance with the councils process and advising on actions.

You will be required to be a highly qualifiedbuildingsurveyor with relevan stock condition experience - Chartered surveyor level.

Person

You will be a highly skilled surveyor with experience in a similar role, you will ideally be a RICs accredited surveyor with experience of working on a wide variety of public owned buildings.

You will be capable of working independently and able to produce reports of a high standard and communicating data effectively.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and be available to start work ASAP.
