Facade / Building Surveyor - REQUIRED!

Net Temps are working closely with a well-established construction company who are currently seeking a Facade / Building Surveyor for a permanent role.

Location: Nottingham (Head Office)

Duration: Permanent

Pay rate: Between £40-45k (negotiable)

The Role / Experience & Responsibilities:
The company is looking for a Building Surveyor with previous knowledge/experience of facades, who can be left to their own devices, operate to a high standard.

Surveyor duties will include, but won't be limited to:

  • Intrusive surveys & inspections of internal (dry-lining) and external (facades) details of projects
  • Support clients with finding alternative solutions for compartmentation and fire-stopping details
  • Technical design reviews to ensure appropriate installation of products on site
  • Scrutineering and Fire Engineering reviews
  • Passive Fire Protection design and support
  • Keep abreast with current regulations and new regulation changes specific to Fire Safety

To be considered for the role, the following experience and certifications will be sought after:

  • A degree/diploma in Building Surveying, Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering etc.
  • Alternatively looking for Site Managers looking for a change of pace and move into an ever-growing Fire Safety industry.
  • Facade Experience or Knowledge is ESSENTIAL
  • Any CPD's/Extra training with Passive Fire Products is an advantage
