Building Surveyor required for a client side / in house role with a public sector organisation based in Worcestershire.
The successful candidate will provide expertise, technical advice and support relating to the condition of assets owned by this organisation and will undertake improvements and maintenance as part of a planned preventative maintenance strategy. Much of the role will therefore involve Contract Administration of maintenance and smaller refurbishments with projects largely up to £200k in value.
We're looking for an experienced building surveyor with a strong track record in similar roles within Planned Preventative Maintenance and with previous experience of the Contract Admin role. You will need to be based within commuting distance and be able to travel although projects are largely local to this area. We will also need to get security clearance for the successful candidate in due course as part of the recruitment process.
