Our client, an Irish owned business with over 20 years' experience, specialises in the diagnostics, treatment and monitoring of penetrating damp and mould issues in domestic and commercial buildings across Ireland are now looking to recruit an experienced Building Surveyor to join their team.
This role will invlove travel to sits acorss North Dublin, Meath, Kildare and surrounding areas.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carrying out in-depth inspections on site and preparing comprehensive reports.
- Manage, monitor and plan surveys and all works included.
- Liaising with different departments; Operations, Administration, Senior Management.
- Ensuring compliance with current Building Controls, company policies and procedures and Health & Safety regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Building Surveying etc.
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role, on site surveying buildings.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of current Building Regulations in Ireland.
- Good computer skills, Office 365 is essential.
