Building Surveyor required for a project led role with a Building Consultancy working primarily with clients in the education sector. The work for this role is largely around the Midlands area with the head office being based in Leicestershire.
This is an independently owned, owner managed practices with three offices across the central region. They are a very busy and highly successful firm able to offer great training and development. Projects are largely for clients in the education sector although this includes a wide range of work including both new build and refurbishment projects.
For this role we're looking for a Building Surveyor with a relevant qualification in Building Surveying as well as previous industry experience. The role is largely project led so experience of Contract Administration will be highly desirable alongside core Building Surveying experience. Projects are quite local to the region but some travel is required.
