Position: Building Surveyor
Location: Dublin / Galway
Salary: Negotiable D.O.E
The Job: An exciting Opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor to join a well-established Engineering Company with Offices in Dublin and Galway.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as a building surveyor as part of a multi discipline design team
- Preparation of compliance applications (both Part B and Part M)
- Preparation of construction stage drawings
- Undertake construction stage inspections
- Undertake building inspections and prepare building condition reports
- Liaising with clients and design team members
Requirements:
- Hold a level degree in building surveying or equivalent qualification
- Have the ability to work on your own initiative and manage a project from the design stage through to construction and completion
- Have a progressive attitude
- Hold a full driving licence
