You will as the principle Building control Surveyor be working for a local government department, giving you and ideal opportunity to enhance your career and CV
Job Role
As the building Surveyor you will be responsible for the administration, supervision and inspection of new and existing building services installations and upgrading work
You will be responsible for day to day liaison and co-ordination with other sections of the department and ensuring that all appropriate certification and documentation is obtained for all works carried out.
You will be responsible for surveying all property and installations, preparing and updating records of existing and new works.
Person
You will have relevant experience and qualifications
You will have significant experience at a senior surveyor relevant experience within the construction industry
You will have an ability to problems solve and an ability to organise and prioritise workloads
You must have knowledge of surveying principles and techniques and project work
You must have a full uk driving licence and access to a vehicle for business purposes
