Location: London (with hybrid flexibility)
Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 depending on experience + benefits + progression opportunities
An independent, well-established construction consultancy in London is looking to appoint both a Building Surveyor and a Senior Building Surveyor as part of its continued growth.
The firm works across a diverse range of sectors including commercial, education, heritage, and high-end residential. They offer a genuine mix of both professional and project-led Building Surveying work, with clients that include developers, institutions, and private estates.
The Opportunity
You'll be joining a highly respected team with strong technical capability, a positive working culture, and a clear structure for career development.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivery of core professional Building Surveying services (e.g., dilapidations, party wall, technical due diligence)
- Managing refurbishment and remedial works from inception through to completion
- Supporting junior team members (Senior role)
- Maintaining and developing client relationships through quality service and advice

About You
- MRICS qualified or working towards (essential for Senior, desirable for Building Surveyor role)
- Proven experience in both project and professional Building Surveying services
- Commercial awareness and confidence in client-facing situations
- Motivated, collaborative and capable of working independently where required
