Are you an experienced Administrator or Receptionist looking for a new challenge?

As a Business Administrator you will be the first point of contact at our Leaton Quarry for our colleagues, customers and the wider community we work alongside, with opportunity to engage and truly get to know them. You'll have exceptional organisational skills which will support your success in the role and you'll have every opportunity to get stuck in!

Do you have…?

  • Strong IT skills
  • The ability to use your own initiative to prioritise and manage workloads
  • The ability to build rapport quickly and communicate
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Finance or business administration qualification (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking administration duties for the operations management team.
  • General administrative tasks including raising purchase orders, goods receipting, record keeping.
  • Carry out basic office management activities for a small office, ensuring office procedures are established and maintained.
  • Act as first point of contact providing a professional front of house service, including dealing with incoming inquires. Ensure all calls are answered in a professional manner, messages are taken accurately and passed on timely and appropriately.
  • Ensure that all reasonable requests received from customers and colleagues are carried out in a complete, accurate and timely manner and that they are kept informed of work progress and status where necessary.
