Business Application Support Analyst
Location: Flexible location, with travel to the Loughton or Basingstoke main office, and some travel nationally.
Business Area: Kier Places - Business Systems & Processes team
Contract: Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours Monday to Friday - flexible daily start/end times considered around core hours
Salary: circa £30-40k depending on experience, and competitive benefits package
Kier Places provide essential property services to local authorities, schools, the NHS, housing associations & public sector buildings - we are recruiting now for a passionate & experienced Business Application Support Analyst to join our Business Systems & Process team, to support the ongoing evolution & growth of Kier Places, and be critical to achieving success in delivering our contracts, projects & works within the Facilities Management & Housing Maintenance sector, with a national reach.
Key Responsibilities
Do you have core values of being focused & trusted? As a Business Application Support Analyst within Kier Places, the main aim of your role will be supporting the Business Systems Team with the completion of requests and incidents relating to the configuration of our business systems or processes in BAU, mobilisations, updates & project work. This will also include participating in workshops, contributing to business requirements and designing test scripts, and carry out testing & UAT of system changes, as well as support all mobilisation, demobilisation, and service transition related activities.
Do you also love working collaboratively? You'll be liaising with internal & external stakeholders for the development, planning, and execution of UAT scripts; and support with communications issued for all changes.
What do we need from you?
This opportunity is yours for the taking - We want to hear from you if you have demonstrable experience in a similar support analyst role with experience of supporting business & colleagues with user testing - from creating, running & supporting testing and test scripts. Ideally, you'll bring with you relevant experience to a company of our similar size or maintenance-related industry, as well as experience with CAFM/IWMS systems like Concept Evolution & FSI Go, some experience with Azure DevOps, and some knowledge of SQL.
