We're looking for a Business Assurance Manager to join our Regional Build team with our North & Scotland Business. Within this role, you can enjoy career progression, flexible hours and the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects of all sizes and complexities and even more.

Contract: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
You'll be the business assurance for the Business Unit for North & Scotland. Supporting in building projects that support and develop the local communities.
Your day to day will include:

manage audits and their outcomes and define improvement initiatives as well as participating in process improvement groups.

Support the effective delivery of day-to-day quality and project management systems. This will include assisting with Project Quality Plans, conducting audits, deliver QC awareness training to construction teams ensuring all quality control is monitored and correct documentation is utilised to demonstrate assurance.

Support the utilisation of technology to deliver continuous improvement in performance outcomes on live construction projects by proactively working with the operational teams throughout the North of England and Scotland.
Who are we looking for?

IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent,
-
Lead Auditor ISO 9001 with a Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Standards

Detailed understanding of SHEA Legislation
