The role
The Business Development Analyst in our client's 'Wellbeing healthy lifestyles' business is responsible for researching contract opportunities across the preventative health and wellbeing sectors. You will use a variety of techniques including research on the local area, data analysis and review of best practice/research, and building relationships with key local partners and internal stakeholders in order to support development of successful delivery models and bid proposals.

The skills & experience
*Demonstrable experience of research and analysis, using a wide range of different sources to find relevant information and to draw applicable conclusions
*Experience of working to demanding and tight timescales whilst maintaining a focus on quality of outputs
*Confident when dealing with a wide range of internal and external contacts and able to build rapport with key stakeholders
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong time management and prioritisation skills
*Ability to work on own initiative and as part of team
*Demonstrates strong administration skills, good IT skills, including the use of Microsoft packages such as Powerpoint, Excel and Word
*Personal interests including an interest in people and a willingness to learn
*Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to explain complex business concepts, delivery models/solutions.

Experience of working in the health and wellbeing sector is desirable but not essential for the role. We are also particular keen to highlight that this role will also be suitable for recent Graduates wanting to enter the analysis space.
