Business Development Coordinator

Location: Within 1 hours' commute of Liverpool

Introduction: Kier Construction Northern is looking for an experienced Business Development Coordinator to join the team in Liverpool. Projects will be varied, including new build schools, high rise student accommodation, new theatre complex and other healthcare and public-sector projects. Kier is known for being a forward thinking, stable and risk adverse construction company. Key responsibilities:
  • Assisting in the setting up systems and processes
  • Co-ordination of BD reporting and measures
  • Customer contact and liaison
  • Event management, entertainment calendar & log, making sure events work smoothly
  • Management of Kier's Intranet site - co-ordinating the data inputted, collating newsletters and blogs etc.
  • Co-ordination of the CRM system; inputting and reviewing data and preparation of reports
    • Skills and experience required:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills are essential.
  • Excellent grammar independent writing skills
  • Excellent customer service manner
  • Ability to handle detail and be organised (as well as organising others).
